Kelsey and Camille Grammer resolve Child Custody Dispute

March 19, 2012, by Winiviere G. Sy

According to TMZ.com, Kelsey and Camile Grammer have amicably settled the issue of child custody and visitation over their two children, 7-year-old Jude and 10-year-old Mason. The children will live with their mother but have "meaningful" contact with their father, according to the website.

From an Orange County divorce lawyer's perspective, we are unsure what the term "meaningful" refers to. However, typically, with respect to Orange County child custody issues, the custodial parent must provide "frequent and continuing contact" to the noncustodial parent. Therefore, if Kelsey is residing in New York, Camille would have to provide frequent and continuing contact of the children to Kelsey.

At any rate, if you have any Los Angeles County or Orange County child custody issues, contact an Orange County divorce lawyer for more information.
